Vinyasa Power flow 

Brings increased strength building and core focus to a traditional vinyasa class. The importance of balance between stability and flexibility is explored and how the breath plays a role with each. Through movement, learn to join the breath with yoga shapes, connect to bandha (internal locks) and use drishiti (eye gaze); to develop strength, flexibility and focus. 




restorative yoga

Designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. Props such as bolsters and blocks, are used to support the body, allowing it to open slowly and naturally without effort. With a focus on breath, finish feeling refreshed, restored and renewed. Perfect for all levels.



Yoga with Thai MAssage

Complementing each other perfectly, yoga and thai massage come together with deep stretching, gentle rocking and rhythmic compression creating a meditative state through gentle movement and breath work. Work is done on the floor on a mat, yoga postures are hands on assisted with a combination of thai massage techniques.
